"How do we utilize you in everyday cases??"

A common misconception among the legal community is that a nurse can only be utilized with more involved cases and as an expert witness (which can be costly).

That couldn’t be further from the truth!

When the client hires the attorney and the medical records are received, the legal team immediately sends us the medical records to us, along with a brief synopsis of the case.

There may be 20 pages of medical records or 2000 plus pages of medical records, it does not matter.

• From there, we quickly analyze the medical records for merit, inform the legal team of any missing medical documentation that should be requested, highlight any red-flags and point out any inconsistencies.
• We can also summarize and break down the medical jargon and disease processes so the attorney can better understand and explain it in mediation or in trial. We list the names of those for potential deposition (and why), inform you of the expert witnesses needed in your case, help locate them, and also create a list of our next-step recommendations so that you can build your strongest case.
• During this time, the case from a medical standpoint is out of your hands (and out of your mind), this frees up the legal teams time to focus on other aspects of the case, spend more time with their client, and even take on more cases…
• Once our review is complete (which is relatively quick) the legal team will receive the report(s) that includes the organized medical records and our chronology and fact summary report. We also includes the most up-to-date literature and research to support our behind-the-scenes opinion
• From here, the legal team reviews our report and are now better equipped to write their demand letters, etc. Our service frees up the legal teams time and increases profit.
